News: Sustainable fish and chip shops batter the competition

Frankies Fish and Chips in Shetland has been crowned the most sustainable fish and chip shop in the UK at the 2015 National Fish & Chip awards, and also picked up the award for independent takeaway of the year. Kingfisher Fish and Chips in Plymouth, and Olley’s Fish Experience in Herne Hill, London were named Good Catch finalists.
