News: Will Manchester be the next Sustainable Fish City?

Manchester is the latest place bidding to become a Sustainable Fish City by securing sustainable fish commitments from its top institutions. The city-wide campaign aims to transform the fish-eating culture of the city and will invite the local council, hospitals, universities, large workplaces and iconic venues to serve only verifiably sustainable fish. The campaign has already received it’s first pledge from the University of Manchester.
