Reports: For Starters: The London 2012 Food Vision

The London 2012 Food Vision, published in 2009, sets out what the organisers of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games organisers aimed to achieve through their food buying and catering in terms of health, diversity and sustainabilty. The London 2012 Food Vision was produced by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), and Sustain was a member of the London 2012 Food Advisory Group that helped to consult on, and draw up, the London 2012 Food Vision standards.
