London celebrates Sourdough September
This September, Londoners can join the celebrations of all things sourdough, with classes to keep you doughing and a round up of amazing bakeries bringing you your sourdough fix.
If you, like many others, have found that baking has become a new pastime and that sourdough is now a staple in your home, it's time to celebrate with #SourdoughSeptember.
Here's a quick guide to help you get stuck into sourdough, whether making or shopping, beginner or expert from our wonderful London Food Link network.
