Capital Growth

Capital Growth is London’s Food Growing Network, with over 2000 members.  Whether you are growing at home, as part of an allotment, in a community group or school you can join for free to receive benefits such as discounts, advice and monthly enewsletters.

Capital Growth Urban Food Growing Training

Our programme consists of a number of short and one day workshops, designed for people who want to learn more about growing food in urban environments.  All are a mix of practical activities and classroom learning run by experienced food growing workshop leaders.

Most sessions take place in the wonderful surroundings of the Regent’s Park Allotment Garden, with some sessions held in East, West and South London.

Click here for more information on up and coming sessions.

Capital Growth events

We run a number of events to promote urban food growing and give people a chance to meet other growers, visit inspiring spaces or learn new skills.  We also hold annual open garden and Big Dig events to give you a chance to support your local growing space.

The Capital Bee project, part of Capital Growth, seeks pledges to promote bee-friendly behaviour, and supports establishment of community beehives.
