Get Connected: Calling all London growers, producers and chefs

Urban Food Fortnight, our celebration of London’s good food, is back for its seventh year. Running from 20 September to 7 October 2018, it will showcase the best growers, makers and all the good food the capital has to offer. And kicks off with its Get Connected a networking event at 3.30pm on Monday 23rd July at the Table Café in Southwark.

The event is a great way for London’s small-batch producers, food-growers, supper club organisers and sustainable chefs to join forces for Urban Food Fortnight events and beyond. The afternoon will kick off with success stories from enterprising community food growers and ethical eateries that have taken part in previous years, as well as tasters* and a welcome drink.

We will also hear from food enterprise experts who will share their top tops, including:

...with more to be announced soon.

Our kind host, The Table Cafe and sponsors East London Liquor Company will be providing a welcome cocktail and a range of urban producers will be offering tasters. There will also be plenty of time for networking to help you meet potential partners for this year's Urban Food Fortnight (20 Sept - 7 Oct), and hopefully forge longer term buyer/supplier relationships.

*If you would like a tasting table to show offer your urban grown or made food, please get in touch as these places are limited.

Book your ticket for the Get Connected event.
