The service supports the formation of new agroecological enterprises through successful land-sharing agreements.

It’s also a vital tool for demonstrating credibility and viability to landowners, and a great business plan will increase your chances of securing the right land opportunity. Join Landmatch England's webinar on 23 June 2026 to hear agricultural advisor Vicky Herbert share her top tips for your business plan.

They are also hosting a Which Land Agreement is Right for Me? online event on 8 July 2026 and will have prescence at Groundswell on 1-2 July 2026.

Landmatch England also has a Land Offer Noticeboard, where they publicise live opportunities available through the land matching platform.

Sustain and Landmatch England both recognise that not everyone has equitable access to land. This is why Landmatch England work with the Pathways to Land programme, who work to upskill Black people or people of colour, as well as economically marginalised people, to establish an agroecological enterprise. Nicola Scott from Pathways to Land is a member of Sustain's Food and Racial Justice Working Group and collaborated with Diversity Outreach Coordinator, Sareta Puri, to bring this topic to Oxford Real Farming Conference 2026.
