The Alexandra Rose Charities organisation is looking for a Business Development Officer to expand its successful Vouchers scheme, which helps families on low income to buy fresh fruit and veg.
Sustain member the Alexandra Rose Charities is looking for a Business Development Officer to help unroll the Rose Vouchers project across the UK. The project helps parents with young children on low incomes to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. It was developed in partnership with another Sustain member, Brighton-based Food Matters, which is now stepping back, having seen the project successfully piloted in three London boroughs.
Candidates for the new post need a good understanding of the food sector, with a particular focus on food poverty, and must be willing to travel throughout England. The role, which is based in Brighton, is currently funded until March 2020. The deadline for applications is 30 May: full details here.
