The Sourdough Sophia founder will share her experience of building a business, from starting a microbakery in her dining room during lockdown, to running a multi-site operation today.

With a focus on growth and sustainability, Sophia will take you through key stages of building her bakery, offering you tips to running a successful business, covering:
