British Heart Foundation calls for junk food ad ban

The BHF is calling on the Government to introduce a ban on junk food advertising before 9pm.

The BHF want to see this become part of the Chidhood Obesity Strategy, expected to be announced later this month. They said that despite OFCOM regulations, children are still exposed to junk food ads during popular programmes such as the X Factor or Hollyoaks. Support Sustain's Children's Food Campaign.
