Some are suitable for complete beginners some for more experienced home cooks. We use our local village hall which has vintage charm, a great oven for making bread and enough space for our courses all with the great bonus of supporting our local community.
Courses are led by Claire, an enthusiastic bread maker for many years. She has experience of working in catering and training and now combines these two skills to help others learn to cook. She is passionate about helping people make good bread at home for a fraction of the cost of the supermarket product and without all the additives. After two years of supplying local residents with freshly baked bread at the Spetisbury Trading Post, Jo Edmond has taken to running very popular half-day bread making courses at Spetisbury Village Hall.
