If you, like many others, have found that baking has become a new pastime and that sourdough is now a staple in your home, it's time to celebrate with #SourdoughSeptember.
Here's a quick guide to help you get stuck into sourdough, whether making or shopping, beginner or expert from our wonderful London Food Link network.
