How to turn teenagers into farmers

Sustain member LEAF (Linking Environment and farming) is running a conference in London on ways to inspire teenagers to become interested in farming, food and the natural environment.

Britain's lack of young farmers is well known: farmers are aging, and young entrants are not coming along to take  their places, for a variety of reasons. This conference, on Wednesday 20th September at the Sainsbury's Auditorium in Holborn, is free but registration is essential. Details here.
