The true pain of antibiotic-resistance documented in new short film

The film by The Pew Charitable Trusts tells the story of Chris Linaman who got an antibiotic-resistant infection. Two million Americans get antibiotic-resistant infections each year.

You can watch the film on The Pew Charitable Trusts website along with two other films which were released for World Antibiotic Awareness Week.

Sustain is a co-founder of the Alliance to Save Our Antibiotics which is calling for a ban of the routine use of antibiotics as a preventative measure on healthy animals.
