It's Land Skills Day again

Where else can you learn to plough with horses, make balms from home-grown herbs and bone up on biochar?

But this isn't just a quaint rural fayre: the objective of the Land Skills Day is to help people to make their land-based businesses more successful. It's being run, for the second time, by Sustain member the Land Workers' Alliance, on Saturday 10 June, in Somerset. Tickets from £55 - £80, which includes organic food on the day, live music in the evening and entrance to the Green Scythe Fair the following day. More information and booking here.

The Sustain alliance campaigns in all sorts of ways for a greener, healthier and fairer food system. Read more about our activities and support us here.
