Top Ten Swaps for sustainable fish

Sustainable Fish City publishes Top Ten Swaps to help consumers and chefs make more sustainable fish choices.

Sustainable Fish City is the campaign for London to become the world's first city where citizens and businesses buy, serve and eat only sustainable fish. Today, the Sustainable Fish City campaign has published Top Ten Swaps, to help consumers and fish buyers take the pressure off popular species and try a diverse range of sustainable alternatives. The Top Ten Swaps have been devised with advice from expert organisations that contribute to the Sustainable Fish City working party and also include tips on where to buy more sustainable alternatives, from top supermarkets that score consistently highly in the Marine Conservation Society sustainable fish supermarket survey.
