  • Laura Meikle, Head of Support & Wellbeing Unit, Scottish Government on the new commitment to universal primary breakfast and lunch and 365 day a year support
  • Angus Holford, ISER, University of Essex, on their evaluation of the Universal Infant Free School Meal programme in England.
