This questionnaire is to help gather information to design a Farm Mentoring Programme pilot scheme that will run for the next two years. The information will give an idea of the demand that exists, and help inform how the scheme is structured.

The programme will only be open to people running their own enterprise or in a decision making role within a business, and who have been running it for less than 5 years.
