Sustain member School Food Matters have welcomed the news that David Cameron has publicly backed the Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) policy.
School Food Matters were concerned that there had been no formal commitment from the government to maintain the policy. However the Prime Minister announced during Prime Minister's Questions this week that he was proud of the UIFSM policy "and we'll be keeping it".
