The Real Bread Campaign’s vision is everyone having a realistic chance to choose Real Bread. Key to this are independent (micro)bakeries making delicious, nutritious Real Bread available at the hearts of their local communities.*
So, lets's celebrate them!
Which is your favourite local, indie Real Bread bakery?

Please:
Focus on what makes this bakery in particular stand out. Things you might want to highlight include:
When making observations and opinions, please write in the first person.
We’ll need at least one photograph you’ve taken of the bakery (interior or exterior), in landscape / horizontal orientation, 3:2 aspect ratio – which is the format above.
Ideally, please send a choice of two or three photos for us to choose from, including one or more in portrait / vertical orientation, 4:5 aspect ratio, which we might use on Instagram.
When photographing inside and / or people, please let them know why you’re doing so and get permission for online publication by the Real Bread Campaign.
Please take a look at this.
If you are a Real Bread baker, or otherwise involved in the rise of Real Bread, another option is My Baker's Dozen.
By submitting an article and photos, you confirm that they are your own original work and that you are the copyright holder. You also understand and agree that we:
The point of these articles is to celebrate Real Bread bakeries – we won’t be publishing any hatchet jobs or critical reviews.
