Having shared the delicious delights of Real Bread with more than 600 festival goers at the event in 2018, the Real Bread Campaign is back for the 2019 outing!

The Real Bread bakers putting on a show in the Theatre of Food tent at Latitude this year are:

  • Friday 19 July, 12.30pm: Rebecca Bishop, owner of Two Magpies Bakery in Southwold, about four miles up the road from the festival site.
  • Saturday 20 July, 12pm: David Wright, third generation owner of another Suffolk local, The Cake Shop Bakery in Woodbridge.
  • Sunday 21 July, 12pm: Kitty Tait, the teenaged co-owner of The Orange Bakery in Oxfordshire.

Each demo lasts around 45 minutes. They will be variously aided, abetted, interviewed and interrupted by Real Bread Campaign coordinator Chris Young.
