New True Loaf magazine
The Real Bread Campaign has published issue 26 of its magazine True Loaf for January-March 2016.
This issue includes features on shortening the grain chain, Real Bread bakers on Instagram, Community Supported Bakery Companio in Manchester, a look back at the Farm to Loaf symposium, a look ahead at the future of the Campaign, and a recipe for brown rice, roast pumpkin & stilton sourdough.
The latest issue of the magazine is posted to paid-up Real Bread Campaign supporters every three months and PDFs of all issues are available for download by supporters around the world.
