Sustain, the charity that runs the Real Bread Campaign, has held back from increasing supporter rates for over a decade. Sadly, we can’t hold out any longer.
The change is necessary to help keep pace with the ever-increasing costs of running your Real Bread Campaign.
Nothing, really.
You can check your current level of support, and when your next payment is due, by logging into your record in our system.
The revised rates start at £24.30 a year. The slight increases range from the equivalent of just 15p a month (a sniff over £2 a year) at the lowest level to no more than 92p a month at the highest.
We don’t just want to keep going as we are, though: we want to do more and do it better!
Ways that you might be able to help us do so include:
You can read about these and more ways to get involved in our work here.
If you set up recurring payments (rather than paying by card each year) you can change or cancel your payments by logging into your PayPal account.
The supporter rate change does not affect the fee for the scheme.
Real Bread Campaign: The Real Bread Campaign finds and shares ways to make bread better for us, better for our communities and better for the planet. Whether your interest is local food, community-focussed small enterprises, honest labelling, therapeutic baking, or simply tasty toast, everyone is invited to become a Campaign supporter.
