The awards run by London Food Link and backed by the Evening Standard and the Mayors Food Tea, celebrate the best of London’s larder with a shortlist chosen by the public and winners selected by judges including London Food Board chair Rosie Boycott, The Mayor of London Boris Johnson and chefs Rowley Leigh and Ollie Rowe.

- Capital Growth’s Growing Enterprise: Nat Mady, Hackney Herbal
- New Shoots Food Guru: Dee Laverty, Broadwaters Inclusive Learning Community
- Food Hero: Jack Clarke and Theresa Douthwright, SoleShare
- The Krys Zasada Memorial Award for Best London Market Initiative: Borough Market

The Urban Food Awards is part of Urban Food Routes, an initiative of the Mayor of London. The awards were announced during Urban Food Fortnight at the Urban Food Feast at Borough Market.
