McDonald's to use cage-free eggs

Sustain member Compassion in World Farming is celebrating an announcement that McDonald's will use cage-free eggs across its nearly 16,000 restaurants in North America. 

CIWF say that over 7.4 million hens will benefit as McDonald's purchases 2 billion eggs each year in the USA and 120 million a year in Canada.
