News Real Bread Campaign

Published: Tuesday 19 November 2024

Coinciding with EU Food Information Council’s #SwitchToWholeGrains month, the Real Bread Campaign has just published a (long-overdue) introduction to the known and potential benefits of wholemeal Real Bread.

The Campaign defines Real Bread as made without additives. From this simple, accessible starting point, our mission from there is finding and sharing ways of making bread better for us, better for our communities and better for the planet. That means that wholemeal (and other wholegrain) bread is right up our street.

The page includes links to recipes and more information.

Real Bread Campaign: The Real Bread Campaign finds and shares ways to make bread better for us, better for our communities and better for the planet. Whether your interest is local food, community-focussed small enterprises, honest labelling, therapeutic baking, or simply tasty toast, everyone is invited to become a Campaign supporter.
