The Real Bread Campaign has secured slots in the Theatre of Food across the weekend of 13-15 July at Henham Park in Suffolk.
Real Bread Campaign supporter Rebecca Bishop, owner of Two Magpies Bakery in Southwold, will be running a bready demo at lunchtime on Friday, with Cake Shop Bakery owner, David Wright, doing the same on Saturday.
Both demos will be MCd by Campaign coordinator, Chris Young, who’ll also be on the panel of a bakers’ question time on Saturday afternoon, alondsige experts including regular Guardian columnist, Felicity Cloake.
Latitude will be the first UK outing for The Theatre of Food, which has been popping up at Irish events for almost a decade.
Festival goers are encouraged to keep an eye on social media for further updates on the Campaign’s bread-related antics in the #ToF at #LatitudeFestival.
