The Lancet has published its second Commission on Health and Climate Change.
The first Commission in 2009 highlighted the effects climate change could have on health - including undernutrition and food and water insecurity. The 2015 Commission has made nine recommendations for governments to consider including making better links between ministries of health and other government departments and implementing international agreements to support low-carbon economies.
