LEAF are holding five workshops looking at ways to improve farm efficiency through food waste management. The events will specifically look at: carrots, apples (dessert), wheat, tomatoes and eggs.

The farmer-led workshops will gather and share information on how to be more efficient through assessing waste management, enabling farmers to better measure and reduce food waste pre-farm gate. They are being held in partnership with 3Keel and Innovative Farmers and supported by WRAP.

Workshops will be in March although exact dates and locations are yet to be announced. If you are interested in being involved please contact alexandra.growden@leafuk.org.
