Sustain Farming Coordinator Vicki Hird debated less but better meat on Radio 4's flagship news programme The Today Programme. This was in response to the latest International Panel on Climate Change report on Climate and Land. This major report notes the greenhouse gas impact of the food system, including different diets and makes a number of recommendatiions.
