It's autumn, which for Sustain member the Orchard Project is the busiest time of year. Orchards all over the country are harvesting fruit, pressing juice and planning for a winter of pruning, planting and eating. But first -- there's time for the annual apple celebration.
Apple day is officially on October 21st but there are events happening all through the month of October all over the country. The Orchard Project is organising all sorts of delicious and instructive festivities, in collaboration with community orchards in all the regions it works in. Details on the website here.
