Food Thinkers seminar on sustainable diets

How can we learn to think of diets in a holistic way, rather than seeing healthy eating, climate change, loss of biodiversity or the need for decent livelihoods as separate issues?

This is the question to be debated at the next Food Thinkers session, run by Sustain member the Food Research Collaboration. Panellists will be Professor Tim Lang, Sustain Patron and Professor of Food Policy,  Dr Tara Garnett, founder of the Food Climate Research Network, and Modi Mwatsama, Director of Policy and Global Health at the UK Health Forum. The event takes place from 4pm - 6pm on Wednesday 24 May, at City, University of London. Free, but registration necessary: read more and book a place here.
