World Meat Free Week 11 to 17 June

Sustain member Eating Better is supporting a global initiative emphasising the importance of reducing our meat intake for the sake of the planet.

World Meat Free Week encourages people to make at least one meal to be meat free over the week. Sustain member Eating Better is supporting the campaign and aligning it to their ‘less and better’ approach to meat and dairy consumption.

The World Meat Free website has a sustainability calculator to show what a difference is made by going meat free for meals.You can also watch their Protectors of the Planet film series.

Sustain campaigns for a food and farming policy which benefits the environment, health, animals and farmers.
