Run by the Real Bread Campaign and Brook Food, BATCH: South West is a must for professional bakers, ‘semi-pro’ microbakers, hobby homebakers who are hungry to bake with, learn from and meet other baking fanatics.

With a cereal CV including teaching at River Cottage HQ and Bread Ahead Baking School; and running his own Phoenix Bakery in Dorset, Campaign ambassador Aidan is currently head dough wrangler at Flint Owl Bakery in Lewes.

Drawing on more than 25 years’ experience as a professional, true artisan baker, Aidan will be running baking demos and sitting on a Q&A panel during the full day breadhead gathering near Taunton, Somerset.

He joins the expert lineup that also includes:

  • Madeleine's bakery founder Dilly Boase
  • Thoughtful Bread Company founder Duncan Glendinning
  • Season owner Adam Pagor
  • Emma’s Bread founder Emma Parkin
  • Real Bread Campaign coordinator Chris Young

Mud!
Throughout the day, Aidan's fellow Campaign ambassador, Duncan Glendinning will running sessions on cob oven building.
