Sustain urge students to become food activists

Talking at the 2015 NUS Student Eats conference Ben Reynolds, Sustain's Acting Coordinator, supported students getting more involved in shaping their food system.

In an interview with NUS Connect following the conference, Ben outlined what students could do to help to make a difference starting with what they eat, through to running campaigns and projects. Sustain has produced a toolkit for students running food coops and encourages universities to take the Sustainable Fish Cities pledge.
