A large network of teachers, researchers, farmers and campaigners have worked together for 9 months to produce a report about Food Values in Wales.
The Report, produced by Sustain member Organic Centre Wales, Aberystwyth University and the Public Interest Research Centre, documents some of the activities and discussions, all of which involved sharing a meal. Participants talked about common values around food and food production in Wales and hope to produce a Food Manifesto for Wales and to engage the Welsh Government in food policy.
