The Commission is concerned that McDonald’s have been given an unfair tax advantage by Luxembourg’s tax rulings. Sustain member War on Want welcomed the announcement saying “European citizens want an EU that cooperates to make multinationals pay their fair share. It’s time for the EU to supersize action on tax.”
