Community Food and Health Scotland (CFHS), the national organisation that promotes healthy diets and fair food access, is finalising plans for its 2016 networking conference and chance to 'chew things over'. CFHS wants to include as many ideas as possible, so if you have any suggestions, from a new resource to a valuable experience you would like to share, the organisers would like to hear from you.
The conference will take place on 26 October at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. Booking will open shortly.
Sustain member Community Food and Health (Scotland) was established, originally under the name Scottish Community Diet Project, as a result of recommendations in the 1996 Scottish Diet Action Plan. It is funded through the Scottish Government and since 2013 has been part of NHS Health Scotland.
