Celebrate Slow Food's Ark of Taste

Sustain member Slow Food UK has 83 products in its UK Ark of Taste programme, which raises awareness and protects forgotten British foods.

The latest to join the list is the Blaisdon Red Plum from Gloucestershire which ripens in late August and was traditionally loved for its rich red colour and naturally high pectin content. This makes it a great choice for plum jam! See a full list of Sustain members.
