In support of this work, the UK Food Group and Sustain commissioned the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) to produce a briefing paper outlining the main reform scenarios for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and their impacts on key stakeholders: consumers, small farmers, developing countries and the environment.
