Emma Stone and Woody Harrelson join Paul McCartney in film supporting Meat Free Monday campaign

The short film - ‘One Day a Week’ - highlights the huge environmental impact of animal agriculture and encourages people to eat less meat.

The five minute film can be watched on youtube and features breathtaking aerial photography. It is narrated by Paul McCartney with appearances from Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney, Woody Harrelson and Emma Stone.

The Meat Free Monday campaign was launched in 2009 by the McCartneys and has become incredibly popular - especially in schools. It works in collaboration with Eating Better, a member of Sustain.

The film One Day a Week is largely funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies and produced in collaboration with the French film director Yann Arthus-Bertrand.
