Event: Games-time information for the hospitality industry

The Greater London Authority (GLA), London & Partners and British Hospitality Association join forces to provide a morning of Games-time information and advice tailored for the hospitality industry.

Monday 26th March – St Ermin’s Hotel, St James, London

The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games present a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for London and the UK. London’s hospitality industry will play a key role in ensuring that the capital’s profile is promoted and showcased to both the domestic and global audience before, during and after the Games.

To help support the industry, the Greater London Authority (GLA), London & Partners – the city’s official promotional organisation – and the British Hospitality Association have joined together to provide a morning of Games- time information and advice tailored specifically for the hospitality industry.

As well as sharing practical advice, there will be insight into how the city will be animated during the Games, including city dressing, BT London Live sites and the Mayor of London’s action-packed ‘Summer Like No Other’ events programme, which will take place across London and may benefit businesses situated close to the live sites and events.

This free morning event will give the latest news on how the city is preparing and developing for the coming months, and provide practical tips for your business from key organisations including TFL, the NHS and the Met Police.

In addition, businesses will be able to have the opportunity to get one-to-one advice in a business clinic which will run after the event.

To register for this free event, please email your name and company to: BHAevent@londonandpartners.com
