What's the big idea  Who's working on it

For caterers

We'd like to see the London 2012 Food Vision adopted by lots more caterers, restaurants, event organisers and the hospitality sector.

For suppliers

We would now like to encourage sustainable food buying by caterers, restaurants and the hospitality and events sectors.

The pledge sets out the achievable steps that you can take to help create a healthier and more sustainable food system.

Food Legacy

The campaign, launched October 2011, is inspired by the London 2012 Food Vision adopted by the organisers of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Food Legacy asks caterers, restaurants, event organisers and hospitality organisations to commit publicly to taking steps to improve the healthiness, ethics and sustainability of the food they serve.
