The aim is to show how easy it is to switch to an organic breakfast, and to showcase the fabulous range of organic food and drink that your local independent stores and cafés offer. This year over 220 stores are participating (up from 70 last year), putting organic breakfasts into the hands of an increasingly interested public on the high street, in the towns of Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales.
