Demonstrating that traditional skills still appeal in the digital age, Garden Organic's demonstration gardens, at Ryton, have been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2016

Sustain member Garden Organic opened its gates to the public in 1986. The demonstration gardens were the brainchild of the charity’s founder, Lawrence D Hills, who was keen to show ordinary growers that organic gardening was achievable by anyone within any size of growing space.

The gardens, at Ryton, on the outskirts of Coventry, are spread over eight acres, and include themed gardens such as the Paradise Garden (created in memory of well-known organic grower, Geoff Hamilton) and the Allotment Garden. They are also home to Garden Organic’s pioneering seed conservation project, the Heritage Seed Library.

The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence honours businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travelers.
