The Swedish Food Agency has launched new dietary guidelines and for the first time they are not only based on human health but also on the health of the planet.
The Agency's guidelines include nine recommendations on fruit and vegetables, fish and shellfish, exercise, whole grains, fats, dairy, meat, salt and sugar and balancing energy intake with energy output. As well as advice on nutrition, there is advice on physical exercise and the envrionmental impacts of food choices.
