RECRUITMENT NOW CLOSED: Sustainable Restaurant Association recruits for assessor team

The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) is looking to recruit a team of assessors to rate UK restaurants' sustainability in 2012 through its Star Rating process.

The SRA Star Rating means diners can choose a restaurant that matches their sustainability priorities and recognises restaurants as One, Two or Three Star Sustainability Champions depending on how they rate against a wide range of criteria covering 14 areas of sustainability.

Full training and ongoing support provided by SRA, with flexibility to work from home or the SRA office.

Person specifications and experience:

  • Ability to stick to deadlines
  • Good phone manner
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Sustainability knowledge 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Qualified to work on a freelance basis
  • Report writing experience

Salary: Payment is per completed assessment and work is on a freelance basis.

Training date: Early February 2012

Start date: February 2012
