Cancer experts publish edible science

Based on the lessons of its long research history, a new, free collection of recipes from the World Cancer Research Fund brings the organisation's science into your everyday life.

Sustain member the World Cancer Research Fund has spent 25 years researching the links between diet, weight and cancer. The results have consistently shown that eating well and being a healthy weight reduce your risk of suffering from the disease.

Over the years WCRF has produced many specialist reports and led several campaigns. Now it is making its advice edible -- it has produced an online recipe bank, with a tempting array of healthy dishes that are inexpensive, easy to prepare and delicious, using readily available ingredients and requiring no specialist equipment. They can be found here.

The Sustain alliance campaigns for a greener, fairer, healthier food supply.  Read more about our activities here.
