Fantastic British Food Festivals organizes grand summer celebrations of food and cooking, in exotic locations across the south of England, from Blenheim Palace to Wimbledon Park. Now the organisation is looking for new talent -- food and drink producers, retailers and authors who are just starting out, and could become its Fantastic Food Stars of 2016.
