To celebrate Urban Harvest 2021, our September Spotlight Garden -- Calthorpe Community Garden -- is hosting a screening of selected short films from the 'Visual Storytelling about Community Food Growing' course that was piloted in Spring 2021 and developed by the Cobra Collective and the Open University in partnership with RISC. Participating food growing spaces got the chance to develop and hone their skills in digital visual storytelling while also exploring and sharing their experiences of community food growing through the pandemic.

Come join us on Friday 24 September from 1-2pm at this lush community oasis near Kings Cross to watch the selected films and take part in a conversation around how community food growing initiatives provide crucial social assets in our urban communities through their cooperative and socially resilient practices.

Registration is necessary due to limited space at the garden
